§00 Positioning · Funnels · Distribution
I'm a product marketer for early-stage founders and indie hackers. I turn positioning and funnels into distribution you own — so the launch is your starting line, not your finish line.
§01 The Why
I kept watching good products die quietly — not because they were bad, but because nobody could find them.
Founders are told to obsess over the product. So they polish, ship, and wait for the world to notice. It rarely does. The graveyard is full of better mousetraps.
I do the unglamorous half. I read the funnel like a diagnostician reads an x-ray — one surface at a time, finding where attention leaks out before it converts. Then I fix the leak, not the vibe.
Positioning decides who leans in. Funnels decide who stays. Distribution decides who compounds. Get those three right and you stop renting attention from platforms — you start owning it.

§02 Selected Work
Real client work — the problem, what made it hard, what I did, and what changed.
§03 Trusted by founders & teams
§04 In their words
// replace with real names, roles & quotes — keep the highlighted phrase per quote
§05 The newsletter
A funnel teardown when I find one worth sharing. What I'm learning about positioning and distribution. And, now and then, the life behind the business. It lands when it's worth your inbox — not on a schedule.
